When people think of Italy, they picture gatherings of friends and family with great food and wine aplenty. Our Executive Chef, Tomas Carroll, has developed a four-course menu to take your taste buds on a virtual tour of Italy. Wine and dishes from four regions of Italy with a Mermaid twist will tantalize the senses and help transport you for a night (no airfare required).
