February is the month of love, come and enjoy decadent sweet treats paired with amazing wines. Chocolate pairing will begin at 6:30pm at both locations

FIRST COURSE
Chocolate Oyster
Three Local Oysters, Chocolate Mignonette Faux Caviar, Vanilla Mint Pickled Carrot
Vegetarian Option – Artichoke Puree sub for Oysters

SECOND COURSE
White Chocolate Risotto
Blackened Shrimp, Raspberry Chutney
Vegetarian Option – Blackened Carrot sub for Shrimp

THIRD COURSE
Vanilla Scallop
Cocoa Butter Seared Scallop, Vanilla Almond Vinaigrette, Brute Cocoa Toasted Mushroom, Frisee Lettuce, Strawberry Reduction
Vegetarian Option – Sub Marinated Seared Potato for Scallop

FOURTH COURSE
Chocolate Pasta
Coffee and Cocoa Braised Beef Short Rib, Charred Onion and Carrot, Braising Reduction, Chocolate Pappardelle Noodles
Vegetarian Option – Sub Mushroom for Short Rib
